How to prevent the deformation of the ductile iron grate?
1. In the case of welding ductile iron grates, the galvanized flat steel should be straightened before welding.
2. Before phosphating and hot-dip galvanizing, heat stress removal treatment is carried out on the ductile iron grate. In the industrial production of intelligent systems, it is generally not easy to cause such difficulties.
3. There should be at least three ductile iron grate bases, which can be placed on both sides and the middle. It is absolutely impossible to only put them on the sides and not the middle. If there are too many ductile iron grates pressed on it, it will cause deformation, making it more and more different from the horizontal surface.
4. Keep it stable during the whole process of transportation to make it evenly bearable. It is not easy to roll hard when loading and unloading goods. It should be lifted gently to ensure that the above-mentioned situations are not easy to cause the deformation of the ductile iron grate.
Why is the ductile iron grate deformed?
1. When the nodular cast iron grate is used as the hot-dip galvanized metal surface, the nodular cast iron grate will be deformed when it encounters high temperature. If the ductile iron grate is under strong thermal stress after welding, it will cause serious deformation at this moment.
2. Thermal stress in the ductile iron grate plate, if the galvanized flat steel is not straightened when welding the ductile iron grate, just put the galvanized flat steel into the mold immediately for welding. It looks straight on the surface, but in fact the ductile iron grates cause relatively strong thermal stress at this moment. If a strong external force is added (such as high temperature, rolling, extrusion), the thermal stress will be manifested, and the shape of the ductile iron grate will become a horizontal bow.
3. Try to avoid rolling, extrusion processing and impact when the ductile iron grate is transported.
